Aditya is an engineer by qualification and strives to create social and environmental impact through the interplay of policy and technology. Prior to IIC, he was a development sector consultant with Ernst & Young and worked with the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, the District Administration of Dhanbad and on the PMKVY scheme with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Through his past projects, he has been involved in COVID management in public hospitals, statewide implementation of Ease of Doing Reforms and development of e-governance tool for monitoring progress on Sustainable Development Goals. In his personal time, Aditya plays and follows football. He also has a pilot certification in paragliding and is passionate about travelling.
