Akhil is committed to harness technology for social progress. His academic endeavors in Electronics and Communication Engineering at PES University in Bangalore provided a firm technical foundation which he furthered at Walmart Labs. As a software developer, Akhil honed his coding and analytical prowess, immersing himself in best practices within the tech landscape and cultivating a strong foundation in software craftsmanship.

Presently, Akhil is contributing to the healthcare landscape through his work with the National Health Authority (NHA), focusing on the Unified Health Interface (UHI). His interest in digital public goods and open-source platforms underlines his dedication to making technology an accessible asset, particularly in the healthcare domain.

With a vision to merge technical prowess with governmental insights, Akhil joined the International Innovation Corps (IIC). His pursuit at IIC is to demystify the intersection of technology and public policy, aiming to infuse innovative tech solutions into systemic change for amplified social impact.

Akhil is driven to forge a synergy between the realms of tech development and policy design. He envisions a future where technology not only supports but significantly enhances governance, fostering an inclusive and equitable global community.
