Bharathrrajan is undeniably one of these dynamic and passionate change-makers, marked by an unwavering commitment to addressing critical issues in education, environmental conservation, and community empowerment.

Bharath's journey as a catalyst for change has been nothing short of remarkable. His background is deeply rooted in coordinating and implementing projects to uplift rural communities, manage waste efficiently, conserve water resources, and restore the environment to its former glory. Throughout his career, he has been at the forefront of initiatives that have left an indelible mark on communities and the environment.

One of Bharath's standout achievements was his pivotal role in the Swachh Bharat Summer Internship, a collaboration with the Ministry of Human Resource Development. In this role, he spearheaded a waste management drive in five villages, uniting a diverse team of students, professors, and local authorities to create sustainable change.

As a Fellow at Teach for India, Bharath embarked on innovative educational endeavours such as "STEM Learning," "Social Emotional Learning," and "Football for All." His commitment to fostering holistic development was evident in creating the "Climate Change Leadership Program," aimed at educating children about climate change and empowering them to be agents of change.

Bharath's diverse works extend to large-scale project implementation and policy analysis. Working as a Project Associate in the Samagra Shiksha initiative by the Tamil Nadu State Education Department, he played a pivotal role in reducing dropout rates, implementing the Right to Education Act (RTE 12.1.C), Managing Budget Data for the Project Appraisal Board (PAB), Udise Plus data submission for the state, digitising Kalai thiruvizha (Art and Culture Program), and the Sports Competition Process
