A lifelong learner with passion for books and ideas, Diksha is a skilled professional with a strong foundation in education, skill development, and public policy. Having completed a rigorous Executive Education program in Public Policy and Management from IIM Ahmedabad, she brings strategic and analytical perspectives to the complex challenges.

In her previous role of Senior Consultant at the Hydrocarbon Sector Skill Council (HSSC), Diksha spearheaded initiatives to develop industry-aligned training standards and foster sustainable growth within the Oil and Gas sector. She also gained extensive hands-on experience in implementing district-level skill development programs and public policy initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting research, and driving impactful change at the ground level in her two year stinge of Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship.

Diksha's strong foundation in mathematics, coupled with her practical experiences, enables her to approach challenges with an inquisitive mindset. With a passion for creating positive social impact, she is committed to leveraging her skills to address critical social issues in India.
