Manya has worked in development consultancies and NGOs on a variety of social impact and government evaluation projects. At New Philanthropy Capital in London, she developed strategies, theories of change, and impact frameworks for charities and funders across sectors. She has also analyzed government schemes to design targeted interventions for improving maternal nutrition and worker welfare. Her experience includes designing evaluations, conducting in-depth research, facilitating workshops, and drafting proposals to help organizations maximize their effectiveness.
Manya holds an MSc in Health and International Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Economics with minors in International Relations and Psychology from Ashoka University. She has authored publications on topics such as governance and international development and has contributed to initiatives focused on education, health, internet safety, and youth engagement.
