Prabha is a development practitioner with a post-graduate in Development Management from DMI, Patna (Bihar) and started her journey in the development sector with SEWA Bharat which works to dismantle the economic and societal barriers that have placed women on the periphery of society. She is passionate about gender equity and brings an extensive and rich on-ground experience of working with women collectives and in financial inclusion. She has led and built grassroots organisations in the past across myriad geographies and built a deep understanding of interventions in the last mile. In her free time, she enjoys reading and binge-watching movies.
