Rachita Arora
Senior Project Associate, National Health Authority (NHA)
A graduate in management studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, Rachita has spent over 3 years at Bain & Company, a management consulting firm. She brings with herself an experience of solving business challenges by bringing structure to ambiguous problems such as sales acceleration, post-merger organization, and omni-channel strategy. Her experience spans multiple industries including agriculture, industrial goods and services, and consumer goods. Further, while managing a team of 3+ analysts, she led an extensive customer loyalty study in the banking sector across ~30 countries. She has also contributed to Bain’s efforts in expanding its intellectual property across macrotrends and proprietary data assets. Additionally, she helped a non-profit organization that supports Indian athletes, by designing a success strategy for the 2024 Olympics. Prior to Bain, she volunteered with Connecting Dreams Foundation (an Intel initiative) to drive skill development and community learning through video conferencing among rural youth.
At the IIC, she wants to leverage her problem solving skills and strong sense of social responsibility to create sustainable social impact while working with the government.
