Rukmani brings a unique blend of technical expertise, interdisciplinary insight and a keen managerial eye to her work.

With a BTech in Biotechnology from SRM University and a postgraduate degree in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University, she has seamlessly transitioned from teaching engineering students courses ranging from Foundational Physics to Communication Training to taking on a managerial role in her most recent position.

Her knack for Research and her experience in curriculum design have led to the publication of several papers on innovations in Engineering Education.

Currently, Rukmani is dedicated to the work on Digital Health Capacity Building at IIC, where she combines her passion for policy and its impacts.
Rukmani's interest in public policy stems from her desire to drive systemic change through anticipating the unanticipated of policy decisions. She believes that thoughtful and well-informed policies can bridge the gap between technological advancements and their practical implementation, ensuring that the benefits of technology are accessible to all.

Her diverse experience connects the realms of technology, policy, and social impact, providing her with a profound understanding of the world's intricacies.

In her free time, you can find her enjoying the sunshine and figuring out the mysteries of plant life.
