Saahil Kejriwal

Saahil is deeply passionate about development and policy, and strives to bring in empathy and inclusivity to his work. He believes in the power of data and effective communication to bring about transformative social change. Saahil has been working in the development sector for the past few years. He has been at Pension Parishad, a nonprofit working for the rights of the elderly poor people in India; at India Development Review, an online journal for the development sector in India; and at the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States, which partners with state governments to improve development outcomes.
Saahil is a Young India Fellow from Ashoka University, where he learned how to think in a critical and intersectional manner. He is a graduate in economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. He was born and raised in Guwahati, Assam.
Through IIC, Saahil aims to challenge his own ideas of development and change, and learn unique ways of driving impact at scale.
