Senior Project Associate, MeitY Project on Data and AI
Sam Neufeld is an international development professional dedicated to pioneering novel, innovative interventions in the field. A graduate of the Claremont Colleges with a degree concentrated in international development, Sam’s cross-sectoral experiences span California-based e-governance and consumer products startups, management consulting, human rights research, socio-economic development, and humanitarian aid.
Inspired by a six-month stint working in agriculture alongside Filipino migrant workers in Israel, Sam preformed research at the Mgrublian Center on conflict-induced migration and later managed the administration of pilot economic development project in a disaster-affected locale in the Philippines.
As an IIC Project Associate, Sam looks forward to developing greater insight into innovative program design, development, M&E, and scaling - as well as calling India home!
