Javed is a Mechanical engineering graduate and a Post graduate in Political science & International Relations. He regards that Civil services preparation has been the largest learning experience dominating the conventional degrees. With subjects ranging from Governance to Developmental economics. Prior to his engagement with IIC, he was engaged in Electronic media sector in Telangana. His volunteer experience includes education of street children at Caritas. He has worked as a research learner under Dr. Jai Prakash Narayana for his foundation FDR India on topics including Comparative Federalism and Health.

Through IIC he hopes to build stakeholder management and project design skills that can execute evidence backed policies effectively.
