Shraddha Shrivastava

Project Lead, Karnataka Public Health Governance, CEGIS

Shraddha joins IIC from Fractal where she worked as a Business Intelligence developer and consultant for a health-tech client. At Fractal, she worked on analysing & reporting their marketing and e-commerce performance and dissecting their digital strategy. She also led initiatives on technical & operational process optimisation for improved efficiency. Additionally, she has considerable research experience with multiple publications to her credit. She completed her post-graduation in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, and her graduation in Economics from Miranda House, Delhi University.

While working in the corporate sector, Shraddha was constantly drawn by the idea of applying her skills in the development space and IIC’s social impact fellowship presented the perfect opportunity to make that transition. Her passion for social impact stems from her three-year engagement with Enactus, where as a community developer and in leadership positions, she designed and implemented social entrepreneurship initiatives and gained valuable on-field experience and crucial soft skills. Her desire to create impact through scalable and sustainable solutions for critical social challenges drew her to IIC. At IIC, she intends to deep-dive into the workings of the governance structure to understand the policy-making process and the essentials of systemic change.
