Swaminathan Kumar

Swaminathan Kumar’s professional experience has spanned quantitative and strategy roles in digital consulting, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and product strategy. Prior to joining IIC, he was a political strategy consultant in Washington DC working in the areas of advanced data analytics, digital/mobile strategic planning, multivariate tests, telemetry and systems mapping. He has also worked closely on entrepreneurship and venture capital rejuvenation, during his time at Duke University. Swami is excited to bring his analytics and technology background to strategically design and implement at-scale solutions to public policy challenges. Swami graduated from Duke University with a Master’s in Engineering Management and undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT University.
