Project Lead, MeitY Project on Data and AI

Tanvi Thomas joins us as a Project Associate in the Data & AI Team at MeitY. Post her stint at Deloitte, Tanvi pivoted to policy through Invest India, an initiative under the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, Government of India. At Invest India, Tanvi worked on building holistic policy interventions across the Technology and Telecommunication sectors. She led the engagement with the Telecom Project Development Cell at the Department of Telecom formulating and implementing initiatives like the Production Linked Incentive Scheme for Telecom and Networking Products and regulatory reforms. Tanvi has also supported the Ministry of Electronics and IT in building a strategic roadmap for emerging technologies like AI and Additive Manufacturing.

Through IIC Tanvi aims to explore building inclusive institutional mechanisms and scalable solutions for digital development.
