Tushar has a working experience of around 5 years in the development sector specifically in the Ed-tech space and has been making efforts to make it more interdisciplinary and learning-oriented rather than outcome-oriented. He is an engineer by academic qualification and has done his Masters in Development studies. While working with the state governments of Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan on the implementation of the Ed-tech initiative of TISS Mumbai and New Education Policy 2020 respectively realized the issues and opportunities garnering around the data. This intersection of the role of technology & data in terms of access, implementation, policy solutions, security and advocacy and to make it more effective and efficient with the developmental issues surrounding the ecosystem landed him here.
