Anamika Dubey
Communications Associate
Anamika is a communications professional with over four years of experience in the social impact sector. A graduate in Journalism, she has built her career on the belief that stories hold the power to inspire change and bridge the gap between communities and the causes that serve them.
At IIC, Anamika leads efforts to craft thoughtful and impactful communication strategies, helping bring the organization’s initiatives to life. Whether it's translating complex development challenges into accessible narratives or amplifying stories that matter, her work reflects a deep commitment to fostering understanding and connection.
Before joining IIC, Anamika played a pivotal role in communicating issues and needs for reform in the Indian criminal justice system at Project 39A. She has also collaborated with grassroots organizations like Chhanv Foundation and international organisations like Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) to design, systemise, and implement campaigns that not only inform but inspire action, by creating engaging content that reaches the right audience at the right time.
For Anamika, communication is not just about delivering a message—it’s about creating a mosaic of voices, data, and visuals that tell a story worth hearing. Outside work, she loves diving into music, art, and travel to discover the stories and cultures that make the world so fascinating. She's always looking for fun and creative ways to connect with people, spark new ideas, and see things from a fresh perspective.
