Driven by a passion to improve society through design Ojaswini has studied architecture and urban design. She was introduced to the social and innovation sector during her engagement with Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and NIUA working on analyzing the smart cities in India. During this, she had the unique experience of ideating on pressing urban challenges and strategizing for more than 100 inter sectoral innovative ideas and implementing pilots in ULBs.

Working with the State Government of Madhya Pradesh’s think tank further solidified her expertise as she tackled policy and scheme-related initiatives across diverse areas like impact assessment, physical infrastructure, District Mineral Fund, and ONDC. A champion for sustainability, she has a strong inclination towards circular economy principles for Solid Waste Management (SWM) and Climate Action. Furthermore, she is a cheerleader for participatory approaches in solving developmental issues, believing that stakeholders most impacted should be at the forefront of solutions, fostering ownership and a sense of belonging.

Through IIC she hopes to deep dive into the Digital health sector and explore strategies and innovative solutions to contribute in achieving the larger goal of social impact. Ultimately, her aim is to move forward in the goal of acquiring knowledge of diverse domains and develop the skills required to tackle complex challenges of problem solving with a holistic perspective.
