Rhea co-manages the digital health portfolio at IIC, overseeing both central and state-level initiatives. She began her journey with IIC as a fellow in 2022, finding the experience so rewarding that she has since embraced a variety of roles within the organization. Today, Rhea is focused on advancing the digital development agenda across sectors—particularly in healthcare, while while building teams and culture within the organisation

Before joining IIC, Rhea started her career in management consulting with Bain & Company, where she specialized in customer strategy, focusing on commercial excellence and pricing. Eventually, her curiosity and passion for creating impactful change led her to pivot into the social impact sector, where she worked with Dasra, a strategic philanthropy organization, working on the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene vertical. There, she helped establish national platforms and collaboratives aimed at improving sanitation outcomes in India, through policy advocacy, capacity-building efforts, fostering key partnerships.
